📦 Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Canada & United States

  • We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States

  • Standard shipping typically takes:

    • Canada: 3–7 business days

    • United States: 5–10 business days

Rest of the World

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier

  • Delivery times vary depending on location

🌍 Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders (except Canada & USA) may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

MoccasinCanada.com is not responsible for these charges — they are the responsibility of the customer.

📍 How Do I Check My Order Status?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@moccasincanada.com with your name and order number.

📮 Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.

🔁 Returns & Shipping Responsibility

  • Since we offer free shipping within Canada and the United States, return shipping costs (including return labels) are the responsibility of the customer

  • Return label costs (if generated via our return portal) may be deducted from your refund

  • Exceptions apply only in cases where a wrong or defective item was delivered

❌ Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@moccasincanada.com

  • Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging

We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will work to resolve the issue promptly.
