Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Within Canada

    • We offer a flat rate of $9.99 CAD for standard shipping.

    • We offer FREE standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $150 CAD.

    • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days to arrive.

  • To the United States

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    • Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days to arrive.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for U.S. Orders)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MoccasinCanada.com is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

How Do I Check My Order Status?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@moccasincanada.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Please provide a street address for delivery.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@moccasincanada.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to reach a satisfactory solution.

Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with MoccasinCanada.com. We want you to love your handcrafted moccasins and footwear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Any item showing signs of wear or damage not caused during shipping

📦 How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at shop@moccasincanada.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  3. A brief reason (fit issue, size, etc.)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding refund approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card to process the refund

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, we will happily exchange your item based on availability. If your requested item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.

❌ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Handcrafted moccasins may feature slight variations in color, beadwork, or leather texture — these are characteristics of authentic artisan craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
