Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with MoccasinCanada.com. We want you to love your handcrafted moccasins and footwear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Any item showing signs of wear or damage not caused during shipping

📦 How to Start a Return (Self-Serve via Your Account)

We offer a simple self-serve return process through your account:

  1. Log in to your account on our website
  2. Go to your order history and select the order
  3. Click on Request a Return
  4. Select the item(s) and choose the reason for return
  5. Submit your request for review

Once your request is submitted, our team will review and approve the return. After approval:

  • A return shipping label will be provided to you
  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, which typically ranges from $10 to $20 depending on your location

You will receive confirmation and further instructions via email.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Since we offer free shipping on orders, we are unable to accommodate free return labels

  • If you generate a return label through our self-serve portal, the cost will be deducted from your refund

Exception:
If you received a wrong or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your bank or credit card provider

Note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Any return label cost (if applicable) will be deducted

If you need a different size or style:

  • You can request an exchange through the self-serve return portal

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

If your desired item is out of stock, you may choose:

  • A full refund

  • Store credit

We will resolve the issue promptly, including covering return shipping if applicable.

Handcrafted moccasins may feature slight variations in color, beadwork, or leather texture. These are natural characteristics of authentic artisan craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
